Prices and taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added at checkout. Please review your final order total, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, before placing your order.
Product images and natural variations
Product images are illustrative and intended to help you understand the design and appearance of each piece. Please read the accompanying product description for details of the jewellery you are purchasing.
Natural stones may vary slightly from piece to piece in colour, tone and pattern. These variations are part of their individual character, so the stone in your jewellery may differ slightly from the one shown in the product images.
Order confirmation
For prepaid purchases, your order is confirmed once payment has been received. For Cash on Delivery purchases, your order is confirmed when it is dispatched.
Please check your selected products, contact details and delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing it, contact us promptly so we can review your request.
Product availability and cancellation
We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable. If this happens, we will provide a full refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order.
