Shipping
Every Aranya Jewels order is carefully inspected and packed securely before dispatch. We aim to make the journey from our hands to yours as smooth and reassuring as the experience of choosing your jewellery.
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days and shipped fully insured. This is the time required to prepare and dispatch your order; delivery takes additional time depending on your location.
Shipping is free across India on orders above ₹25,000. For orders of ₹25,000 or below, a flat shipping charge applies.
Exchanges
We want you to find a piece you love wearing. If you would like to exchange your purchase, unworn pieces in their original packaging can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
Please keep the jewellery unworn and retain its original packaging while you decide. Taking care of the piece and its packaging will help us process your exchange smoothly.
Personalised and resized pieces cannot be exchanged, as they have been customised specifically for you. We encourage you to check your personalisation details and sizing carefully before placing an order.
How to request an exchange
To request an exchange, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and details of the piece you would like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange a pickup.
Please pack the unworn jewellery securely in its original packaging for collection. If you need help with the exchange process, our team will be happy to assist you.
